Festival Republic's Charity Work

Festival Republic's Charity Work

Back in the mid-90’s we were the first company to introduce a charity donation at the Guest List of our music festivals; common practice today, it was a big move at the time, with everyone from A-list celebs to friends of the bands asked to put their hands in their pockets and give generously. These days the combined guest list donations at Latitude, Big Chill, Reading and Leeds Festivals alone raise around £250,000 each year, every penny of which goes directly to the charities involved, while collections from the public at the arena entrances also make a big contribution, and we can look back at over a million pounds raised so far…quite an achievement! We’d love you to read about the charities we work with, keep an eye out for them at the festivals and say hi, or check out their websites.

What we're listening to at FR Towers

We're already scoping out next year's talent just for you....alongside some classics.

Jon Dunn, Festival Booker "Bon Iver is Justin Vernon, and the self-titled second album from the Winconsin statesman dips and dives in and out of lots of genres, every track shines and seeing Bon Iver live a few weeks ago pulls it altogether more so."

"Real Estate are a five piece signed to Domino and 'Days' is their second album. It’s a very easy album to enjoy, hook-ridden and blissed out melodies. It has a timeless feel to it, hence why it's been on the stereo for months."
