How do I find out when the concert starts and finishes?

We normally only advertise the ‘doors open’ time at the time of booking and on the ticket. Set times will only be available from the venue box office up to a week before the concert.

Can I take my camera in to the concert/festival?

Cameras are normally permitted for personal use though professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited. Live video/audio recordings made without the permission of the artiste/promoter are prohibited.

At our festivals, cameras are normally permitted for personal use. Cameras with detachable telephoto lenses will not be allowed through the three arena entrances. 

Are there any age restrictions in place at the gigs or festivals?

Please check with the individual venues and ticket T&Cs for specific age restrictions.

Proof of age / photo I.D. may be required. We accept Drivers licence, Passport, plus the following cards [part of the PASS Scheme www.pass-scheme.org.uk]  CitizenCard, VALIDATE UK, Connexions Card,  Young Scot.

Please note that we do not admit unaccompanied under 16s.  Under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years old. Under 13 (12 and under) are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

The gig’s been cancelled or rescheduled, what do I do?

As soon as an event is officially cancelled we’ll contact you via the contact details you gave us when you booked your tickets. We’ll then explain what happens next, usually a choice between attending a rescheduled event or getting your money back.

If the gig has been cancelled, a refunds will be available from your point of purchase.

Is membership to FestivalRepublic.com free? How do I sign up?

Yes, it’s free to become a subscriber at FestivalRepublic.com.

Click on the "Join" link above the main search bar in the header, or click here: www.festivalrepublic.com/register and fill in some basic details.

Having problems logging on to the website?

Firstly, please check you have clicked on the link in the email sent to you after you registered so your account becomes active.

If you have forgotten your password, this can be retrieved by entering your email in the field at the top of the page, then clicking the star and then 'Forgot Password'. Your password will then be sent to your registered email address.

If you still experience problems, please email info@festivalrepublic.com , advising the issue you are experiencing, whether you are using a PC or a MAC and the internet browser you are using.

How do I unsubscribe from this service?

At the bottom of every email sent by us you will find a link to unsubscribe. Click on this link and follow the instructions to unsubscribe from the services you wish to stop.

If you experience any problems with this, please email info@festivalrepublic.com stating the problem.

How can I change my preferences and contact details currently registered with you?

To change your details on FestivalRepublic.com, log on to the website as normal.

In the top Festival Republic banner, you will see your name and next to that a link titled 'Edit'. Click on that and you will open your profile page detailing your preferences and registered personal information.

All of this can be edited, just be sure to click on 'Update' to save your changes.

I registered but didn’t get an email to activate my membership.

You must click on the link we send you to be fully registered at FestivalRepublic.com (this is due to the Data Protection Act and its "best practice" guidelines ).

Have you checked your "Junk Mail" folder? It's possible it got filed in there. You need to click on the link to activate your registration.

Your service provider may have bounced back our email to you and we cannot prevent this from happening.
